When does Lessy launch?
We're preparing our launch in Amsterdam. Everyone on the waitlist hears first.
What does Lessy cost?
Joining the waitlist is free. Once Lessy opens, you only pay when you sign a lease for a home we proposed. With Lessy, a fixed fee of about half a month's rent: €395 for a room or rent below €1,000, €595 up to €1,500, €895 up to €2,000, €1,295 up to €3,000 and €1,795 above that. With Lessy Plus, a Lessy agent also joins you at viewings, negotiations and signing, for one month's rent (at least €995). These are indicative fees, including VAT.
Which areas do you cover?
The whole Amsterdam region (MRA), including Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Diemen, Haarlem, Haarlemmermeer, Zaandam and Almere.
